Proven IMO Telesales Final Expense

I have been self-employed and a business owner for most of my life. Prior to the collapse of the housing market, I owned a construction company. Like most people, I came into the insurance business through MLM. Been doing part-time for years simply because it is very difficult to find enough clients to build a consistent full-time income. I would like to find an IMO that can help me solve this issue.

In 2018, I created my agency in the hopes of going full time in the final expense niche but it hasn't worked out. The IMO that I contracted with has the companies but lacked marketing. I was given a contract and that was it.

I would like my next IMO to have the following features:

-Strong IMO with multiple proven strategies to bring in prospects daily.
-An IMO that is plug and play. A system already built and ready to go.
-Telesales background.
-An IMO that allows me to grow my agency and add a few agents or downlines to my agency in the future, assuming I succeed.

I would like to do this full time. I'm located in Northern California. If any forum members know some excellent IMO that fits my criteria, let me know.

DigitalBGA or North Star Insurance Advisors.

He said he wants "An IMO that allows me to grow my agency and add a few agents or downlines to my agency in the future, assuming I succeed."

Are you saying Northstar would be a good fit here?

Also, is Northstar really an IMO in the way the OP likely means it? For example, will this Northstar IMO that you recommended provide him multiple markets and good commissions, alone with pledge to release?
OP did not ask, but do you think signing a non-compete when you hook up with an IMO is SOP? In my experience, it is not. Do you do this in your organization?

Marc, dunno.

The OP asked for recommendations to consider, not to make a decision for him.

It's his responsibility to due his due diligence for himself.

As far as non-competes, it depends.

I'm less concerned about whether or not it's "standard operating procedure" than (a) making sure there's full disclosure, and (b) what the value exchange is for asking for the non-compete.

For the record, I do not have a non-compete contractual requirement.

Not looking to recruit anytime soon but may be years from now. Some day, I would like to have that option to build myself a little agency for myself. My goal is to one day have a small team of employees working for me and helping my agency. Something like a state farm agent and his staff. I'm not looking to build a MLM agency, if that makes senses.

Not in the recruiting, agency building business. But I am not an FMO, IMO, either.

Northstar and DBGA are two different beasts:

They both will let you build a team.

Northstar carries a single FE company. You don't pay for leads. Has a great system. However, you Comp is almost half of what you would normally make.

DBGA offer great training and Support. They're really Plug and play. You do have to buy leads, but they're drastically reduced. You get full comm.

As far as I know (and DBGA I do for a fact) offer releases. However, with Northstar you only have 1 contract anyway.

Dave's job isn't to tell the Op everything about every IMO. The Op asked a question, Dave answered with two really strong recommendations. The Ops job is to figure out which one is best for their situation.

Don't be a dick.

Hey GFM, I'm one of the owners of DigitalBGA. We check all those boxes and would be happy to speak with you.

Here's a link summarizing everything we offer for final expense telesales:
