Northstar carries a single FE company. You don't pay for leads. Has a great system. However, you Comp is almost half of what you would normally make.

I'm not with Northstar. However, I've seen Tony and Ramiz on Coach Burt's YouTube channel, so these are worth reviewing:

I have been self-employed and a business owner for most of my life. Prior to the collapse of the housing market, I owned a construction company. Like most people, I came into the insurance business through MLM. Been doing part-time for years simply because it is very difficult to find enough clients to build a consistent full-time income. I would like to find an IMO that can help me solve this issue.

In 2018, I created my agency in the hopes of going full time in the final expense niche but it hasn't worked out. The IMO that I contracted with has the companies but lacked marketing. I was given a contract and that was it.

I would like my next IMO to have the following features:

-Strong IMO with multiple proven strategies to bring in prospects daily.
-An IMO that is plug and play. A system already built and ready to go.
-Telesales background.
-An IMO that allows me to grow my agency and add a few agents or downlines to my agency in the future, assuming I succeed.

I would like to do this full time. I'm located in Northern California. If any forum members know some excellent IMO that fits my criteria, let me know.

_I'm with an organization that was the 1st group in the nation to start selling FE over the phone....back in 2004.

_I personally have been selling FE over the phone since 2005.

_I have a very well written FE telesales script to use as a guide line in your conversation with the lead. We are geared to a one shot close, we don't advise agents to constantly chase down the same leads every month until they die or buy. That's a loser's mentality.

_You can work as many leads per week as you can handle.

_All leads are fresh, exclusive, and expensive. TV leads are $34 each. But when it comes to leads you get what you pay for. You should average 5-9 sales per 20 TV leads contacted.

_No fancy CRM's, equipment needed. All you need is a phone with speakers, a computer, and a comfortable chair.
