Any recommendations on the Pru products?

1 years, S&P 500 cap rate is good at 9.05%. You can choose between the cap rate method OR the participation rate method. Low participation rates. Starts at 50% and goes DOWN from there.

5-year and 7-year contract length.

Prudential is well-rated, although I had to google it to find it. Not easy to find on their site.

For me personally, I don't want to offer every annuity under the sun. There are many good companies out there, but I want to pool my production with as few companies as possible. Partly to ensure that I can maintain some production with each company as well as product education requirements being met before selling other contracts with other companies.

You can certainly find higher Caps that that. You can find performance triggered options at 8%, that will blow away a 9% Cap.

I agree with not selling every company outn there but I like the idea of having a well known company name to offer..
