Lets be honest. If they have Allstate, roof ACV is the least of their problems. Im indy. Couldn't resist.

Is this applicable in all Allstate operating areas? Curious about Ohio.

Confirmed (DE Allstate agent here). A roof less than 16 years old is eligible for "extended surfaces protection" (read: replacement cost) and beginning year 16 they are on a depreciation schedule.

Depends on the state. I know some states a composition roof only qualifies for 11 years.
