I am a newly licensed life and health agent and was wondering if there is a company that pays base plus commission and provides leads? If so could you please point me in the right direction.

Welcome to the forum, Karen.

Directly from an insurance company? Short answer: No. Some companies will provide discounted direct mail leads. Monumental, Security National, and (I think) Settlers come to mind. Others on here will be able to come up with more.

The only way you can get base + commission is if you go captive and work FOR a single company. Since you seem brand new that would be the route most would recommend.

Extremely unlikely you'll find that. Maybe leads, but I don't know any carrier that does base and leads.
