1. Does a producer get renewal commissions?
2. Who owns that account that the producer brings in?
3. Suppose the producer is not happy where they are at...and they leave. Can they bring any accounts they brought in before?

The arrangement here is whatever is agreed to between the agency and the producer in their contractual agreement.

However typically..

1) Yes
2) The agency
3) Most cases no due to non compete

Once again that has to be worked out between you and the agent

sounds like a tremendous deal 4 the agencies!... just hire a bunch of hungry producers...in a couple of yrs...ur set.
