It's amazing that it's in KY because Kentucky has a state law that the insurance agent must be inthe same room when the person signs the application. It's heavily ignored but it is a loophole for people to cancel policies.

Do you have a source for the actual text of the law. I'd just love to see that. I can only imagine what convoluted language an attorney used to express such a simple concept.

I've got it saved somewhere. I'll sent it to you when I find it. And yes, it's a bunch of words. I remember it saying it applies to all "agent solicited" business.
