Questions for State Farm Agents On House Liability

I used to work for State Farm and it will NEVER extend to a CL issue like this. I also happen to know that SF's contracter liab is VERY overpriced and he is full of dung.

I disagree... we have a very competitive contractor's policy pricing, at least in my area.

Not covered... well known by any agent, sounds like he just has a tool of an agent trying to keep him happy. Like suggested above, have him get something in writing so he can at least fall back on the Agent's E&O.

It is a captive agent who has no options, doing whatever it will take to keep a client....

Sounds to me like the client is stupid or broke and the agent is a liar.
