Re-contracting with Humana after non-production

Let's say an agent gets their contract terminated for non-production with Humana.

Can they re-contract?
Do they have to wait a certain amount of time to re-contract with Humana under the same IMO?
Go to another IMO?

Im sure whoever you're recontracting with can answer that question for sure. I dont see why you couldnt do any of those options listed

Yes, you can go to another IMO. Depending on when they termed you may depend on when you can re-contract. That period would be 6 months. So, if you are over the 6 month period, you shouldn't have a problem (if they even hold you to the 6 months time-frame).
