Ready for this Thing to Be Over?

I was able to enroll someone this morning. Account was created prior to today. The subsidy did not appear on the eligibility notice pdf, but was applied to the premium on the page with the "set" buttons.

Say what?? How in the world could it not be on the letter? What the heck is the purpose of the letter then?
 
I did one yesterday that got a letter saying they were eligible for CSR, and an extension to April 10th, but no subsidy amount was on the subsidy cert PDF. At plan selection the correct subsidy appeared.
