Like a couple of other threads we are dealing with someone that is fishing for the "the" answer. Their answer. Validation.
To much time on their hands.
That's a good question. Shouldn't he be in school? He can't be more than 12 or 13. I'm sending a Truant officer over to his house tomorrow if this keeps up.
