Recruiting New Agents

LOL - you may have just been making a joke - but, that actually works . . .

WORKS GREAT....

Mega and UA agents that haven't already had their heads completely brainwashed are excellent candidates. Any local cheeseball advertising (signs & cheap paper ads) are
great, if you call you'll see that they don't have a clue. As you may already know, it's hard to keep good agents. Good luck!

PS- if you do hire an agent that is rolling business, lose him/her quick. They'll F you every time.

STI, around here in ATEX, the majority of those signs are from the UA captive agency guys. At least they used to be.
I guess you could memorize the phone number for NASE and UA , to spraypaint approprietly.

IBG, what do you mean by this?

If you just yanked them from a captive operation and they're re-soliciting people (with your products) that they already sold the captive product to in the last 3-6 months -they've likely been advanced on the that product, now they're getting an advance from your agency.

If the agents "rolls" these clients over to you within a few months of applying at the captive company, the agent will be creating a huge debt with the captive, but more importantly he/she has no ethical fiber. They're f ing the captive as they'll f you sometime down the road.

Note: If the agent is "rolling" clients that he/she sold 12+ months prior you should not have any problems.
