If I chose to create my own Final expense or Medicare lead, is their a process to get it approved to use?

I can't imagine this would be free reign to mail whatever anyone chooses but not sure who to submit my pieces to four approval.

You could run it past a company's legal to see if they think it's compliant. I sent one to American Continental that I'm still waiting on. In the mean time they got bought by Genworth. Then they got bought by Aetna. Still waiting. It's been 9-years so far.

No one will give you a definite approval. Just don't use banned words (best, most, cheapest, expert, etc.) and always put a disclaimer that it's an insurance ad and not endorsed by Medicare or any government agency and you are usually good.

It's best to just start with an existing one that you like and change it a bit.
