I am relocating and i would like to get some office location opinions.
Both have locations have business that drive people into the area.
Both have parking lot/spaces for customers. Both is within 4-5 blocks of each other.
Both will not have a sign but only on entrance listing box.
Location 1. Bank building, bank on ground floor, professional offices on top. office space would be one of the top suites.
Location 2. Shopping mall plaza, it is a small C shape plaza with the parking in front. The building is inside the plaza and a office building. Plaza have nails, food, shopping, office space would be the only office building in there on the 2nd or 3rd floor suites. Also has a real estate office in one of the suite.
I am P&C agent focusing on personal and commercial, although more commercial would be ideal.
Which would you think is ideal?
