Relocating to California, Questions About PC License

Hey all,

I am in the middle of my 220 class here in Florida. I am going to be relocating to Southern Cal. Do they have the same licensing requirements or am I wasting my time? I have looked online and th ejob openings do not mention licensing.

The classes are different, and even if you complete them in Florida, you'll have to at least take the ethics class again in California to get a resident license (don't think this is a requirement for non-resident, not sure).

Either get your license in Florida and then transfer it (taking the 12 hours of ethics and test again) or drop out now and do it all in California.

Licenses are required for almost anything out here.

From my understanding the laws were changed in Calif.. You can get licensed in Fla. and just transfer your license. You will have to take the 12 hours ethics, but that can be done online.
