Remicade Coverage Question

Got a MedSup prospect that takes Remicade infusions once every two months as an outpatient to handle some Krohn's Disease issues.

Prospect's wondering how a Med Sup would cover the treatment -- would it fall under Med Sup coverage, or would it be under the Rx drug plan?

Thanks.

I believe it's a part b drug. You could call the provider and they would know for sure.

It's covered by Medicare Part B and not a PDP since it is administered by a medical professional.
