How do i find the correct amount for the insured Buildings and Business. Im new to this and I am alone.

I have being using property shark`s market value in nyc i was just wondering if this sufficient.

It's based on SQ feet of building and ave cost/sq ft to replace it.For residential, standard house I will consider $150/sq ft and for luxury house 200-300/sq ft.
