Report: Top Health Insurance Provider Tells Employees Not To Hire White Men

Unlicensed people sounds like there is more to it than simple racism probably all types of issues there

I have seen glass door and other places on Gohealth and other large call centers where its a culture of favorites and lower groups that get the crap leads talked down to and abused some have an accusation of harassment against women everything

In many of these reviews, I see complaints like yours but it's not limited to POC its all-white black women everything

real abusive stuff

Oh, big Vic...it's all types of issues, but at the heart of it all is a white dude (actually two) failing upwards while not even being licensed to sell insurance into ridiculously high positions for the Medicare Sales department at a Fortune 35 company. I'm sorry, but in this case, it most definitely showed me that I wasn't as far removed from what my dad went through starting in the 60's as I thought.

You can both sides it all you want, but you'll never see black people that high up and that unqualified, uncredentialled, and incompetent.

Again not getting into it here I can give you examples but you have your IM blocked

Again I don't know that place specifically just see the types in the call center environment

There was a group of socialists very focused on race, and regulating speech and banning books. The were led by a vegetarian animal lover. No, it wasn't millennials. It was the Nazi's.

But hey, the youth of today, they got it right this time, right? SMH

That's just all kind of crazy right there. I don't even know where to begin.

Steps and tactics piece by piece

did you know Hitler fancied himself a humanitarian an animal lover and for the environment?

He also divided the people and gained power by designating some groups as the cause of all the issues and some as the victims to be protected

He used the media to push his ideas and created prescribed and allowed thinking and speech

in fact, everything he did to gain power and control the people you can see it today clear as day

He even had a group that he used to intimidate the public create fear that once he didn't need them anymore he offed them they were the brown shirts

these were used and discarded when done

Uh huh. Just remember, while you're out here thinking 'POC' are getting over, you know a black guy in Florida who will put his name on it that got shafted for a 110-130k a year job despite being virtually universally acknowledged as the best person for the job, handsthefuckdown. The only reason I didn't get it was because an unqualified, unlicensed clown making (rumored) 180kish-200kish thought he just wanted someone who he 'felt more comfortable with.' If you know a person or two there in sales, ask them about whatever I said. If they worked with our department at any time from January to September 2020, they'll know who I am.

here exactly like I said they are not getting over they are getting used She says it well Don't know much about her but listen to this today and it really hit some points that I have been saying for a long time

She played all the hits the Trumpy types like to hear. She needs to take her coonin' ass back to the pig farm in Alabama! :D

So, here's the thing...she did say a little bit that made sense around the six minute mark when she acknowledged inequality. However, the rest was drivel designed to avoid the issue at hand and stick to the topics that appeals to her base.

She was on there to talk about police brutality and/or the response from the citizenry about it. She NEVER addresses police brutality outside of boilerplate talk of 'yeah, you know, there's some inequality out there...but hey, just get an education!'

I have a college degree and I'm about five classes from a Master's in Strategic HR Management. None of that makes me feel safer when it comes to police brutality.

Somehow "white liberals" are making my black ass upset when I see that officer kneeling on George Floyd's neck. "White liberals" are the cause of me being distraught about Tamir Rice being shot within three seconds of an officer arriving on the scene. I guess it's "white liberals" that make we worry about my daughter being out in our Florida suburban condo complex and some jackass wants to give her the TreyVaughn Martin treatment.

Then there's the always present "blacks are killing each other in Chicago! Worry about that!" I'm sorry, never been to Chicago a day in my life. I know one human being by name that lives in Chicago from college. It sucks that black folks are killing each other in the hood in Chicago, but if she really gave a shit about that, she'd be trying to improve the community in Chicago, not distracting from the separate problem of police brutality.

Even if I were to go to Chicago and somehow magically stop all the black folk from killing each other...that still doesn't address police brutality.

I could go on and on into the foolishness about statues and what not, but I think you're seeing the pattern here.

I watched Fox News almost religiously in the mid to late 90's. Not that I was necessarily a fan, I just wanted to see how the other side thought. One thing I quickly noticed is a pattern of never addressing the issue, instead they would always reframe the issue.

By turning this into "What is the biggest concern facing black people?" instead of "What should be done about police brutality and/or the protests sparking from it?" it allows the speaker to simultaneously push their narrative and let the cause of the problem off the hook.

It's pretty simple:

Random reporter: "Why are people protesting, TRG?"
TRG: "I don't know, chick, 'cause the police keep getting caught killing black people... seem pretty damn obvious to me."
Random Reporter: "What do you feel can be done to stop this?"
TRG: "Oh, I don't know...how 'bout we start with police not unjustly killing people?"
Random reporter: "But TRG, aren't black people killing each other in Southside Chicago?"
TRG: "Yeah, damn sure are. That's why my black ass doesn't live in Southside Chicago. What the f--k does that have to do with police brutality again? Get the f--k off my porch!"

Look Vic, you wanna talk about black on black violence in Chicago, that's another discussion to be had...but violence in Chicago isn't why there were protests all over the country over the summer. White liberals weren't either. Police brutality was.

All that Jedi Mind Trick Bill O'Reilly/Rush Limbaugh chicanery is old hat...all these black clowns like this lady, Candace Owens, fat dude from Limbaugh's show, NRA black dude, etc. are late to the game. They still have their followers because they are putting a black face with the same crock of crap, but you don't have to be 'woke' to see that she didn't address the issue, just reframed it into something else, then pushed her narrative.

It sounds good to you because it's reinforcing your prior thoughts, and gets a cherry on top because it's coming out the mouths 'of one of 'em!' However, use your skeptical insurance mind here....if someone was bought in to talk about policy brutality and/or the protests that sparked from it, and the one thing they DIDN'T address was police brutality...you'd wonder why her ass didn't want to talk about police brutality.

If it's unfair for me to say all whites are racist (which I most definitely do not think), then it's unfair for you to tell me Southside Chicago is the primary concern/problem of all black people. Either way...it takes an monstrously ignorant reach to make a monolith out of an entire race.

It's pretty simple:

Report: White guy doesn't get an interview at Cigna because he's white.
TRG: "I once knew a white guy who wasn't qualified at my company."
Me: What does that have to do with Cigna again?

Deflecting to South Chicago is wrong because it ignores real issues.

Deflecting to "I knew an unqualified white guy once" is similarly wrong.
