BUT...As far as one comment about CMS regulating only Part C and D and therefore have no hold on you.
I have no Series 6 or 65 license. I go out and give advice to my clients about some good mutual funds to invest in now that I saved them all that money on their Zero Prem MAPD.
SEC can kiss my butt cause I have no license to sell their products and therefore can't regulate me!
I guess I am glad I have other more sneaky ways to generate leads that no one, not even your mother, will ever figure out!
