RIPoff Reports and Complaints..Does It Ever Deter You

Since Family Heritage came up recently, I typed them in on ripoff report. They had about 3-4 complaints, not too bad. most of which were money related, not a shock. People {agents} tend to get all freaked out when it comes to money. But, in the rebuttal section, a lady tells a tale of how she is a very sucessful agent in TX. Good for her. Some people like it, some don't. I think that goes for just about every opportunity, it works for some, for some it does not.

Okay... Anyone concerned with grades that the BBB gives out to companies? Personally I think the BBB and Ripoffreport sites are jokes...

Well, I'm afraid that since people must buy into BBB, they are basically buying good grades for themselves somehow. With ripofff report, it seems to be some every day joe sixpacks weighing in. Now, there could be people with agendas out there, to be certain. The interwebz definitely needs to be taken for exactly what it is: the webz. People typing stuff.

Great point, I know an A plus rating with BBB can easily be bought...

Liberty National Life Insurance Company approached Rip-Off Report with the intent of wanting to resolve any customer issues and reports posted on Ripoff Report.

As a Part of the Corporate Advocacy Program the member business allows Ripoff Report to send an email to all of those who filed a complaint in the past, letting the customer know, the member business wanted to make things right with them, .. whatever it takes to do so. Ripoff Report always monitors these emails to insure the member business does what they agreed to. The people at Liberty National Life Insurance Company did just that. The results show that Liberty National Life Insurance had not one outstanding issue with anyone that had filed a complaint with Ripoff Report.

Liberty National Life Insurance Company has gone through great lengths to make sure they try and resolve any and all customer issues. Liberty National Life Insurance Company has joined the Corporate Advocacy Program because they want customers to know they will resolve any and all customer issues. They never want their customers to feel like they weren't taken care off. Liberty National Life Insurance Company stated "on the first visit our customers are treated as royalty, and after that they are treated as family. As service professionals, we treat our guests, agents and employees with respect and dignity."

If I have done adequate due diligence that I beleive, reports will not deter me, and I will sell through the rip-off report(s). IF I allow negative reports to effect my presentation (or clsing), I must again do due diligence to re-capture my confidence or look for other carriers to write business for. All things start and end with me. (Within reason, of course.)
