Jeesh pal ... you butchered that but good. You need to learn how to use the quote function because the way your post reads you it looks like I said a bunch of incoherent garbage.
 
Agents are not the best option. Especially for the pyramid. I hired an agent a year ago, and I had the perfect plan. But six months later, my project collapsed. The agent betrayed me. He made more money than I did. The agent decided to quit.
 
I like the fact that it's a commission-based sales company so an agent's success or failure is directly tied to the amount of work they are willing to put forth. Some people don't like it and prefer to get a fixed rate and salary. I think that the first system is more justified and keeps on a job qualified agents only. I knew a guy who wanted to become a broker but didn't even know how to get out of debt and couldn't provide any tips. He also had several loans himself, lol.

P.S. Does anyone know what kind of pyramids the PP is talking about?
