RSS Feed Question.

Some of my sites or blogs do not have RSS feeds or maybe I just can't find them.

I can send my RSS feeds to a service that distributes them or whatever they do with them.

But...Is there a free device or website where I can give them the link or URL of one of articles and have it converted to an RSS feed?

Does that make sense?

I don't usually allow rss feeds on my sites, since most visitors are not returning visitors and dont want other IM's to copy the content I've already copied from someone else to use as autoblog content, dont wanna take the chance their copy will get indexed b4 mine. Of course, u can delay when the rss feed is updated to stop that. but i never saw the point.
