I did not. That is only being sent out to a select group of agents. Make sure you have it signed before you go out there.

A couple other things you'll learn about the FE business:

-Watch out for the little dogs; they're the ones that bite, and never turn your back to them.
-If you prospect black neighborhoods, prepare to meet portraits of the buffest, most bad-ass looking black Jesus you'll ever see.
-A road unpaved in gravel or dirt is gold; follow it to your commission destiny.
