Search and Save .. be careful

Just a heads up that if you have two different client tabs from Search and Save on the top of your screen, and you open one, then click to print/pdf the client's rx list, every now and then it will download the list and auto attach the wrong client's name (the name from the other tab you have open but aren't viewing).

Yes, this was the response,
"Sometimes if you have multiple tabs open with different clients and you're printing from those screens as well, the lines get a bit crossed and the data populates the wrong fields."

I don’t believe this response was from the S&S support team. It is not possible for data to populate in the wrong fields. I will investigate this and post here on my findings.

Search and Save Scott, It most certainly was the reply, what an odd thing for you to post in response. I did not copy/paste a name in your co.'s reply because it wasn't necessary. I just did not want anyone else to make the mistake I almost made. I luckily caught this before sending rx lists, on three different occasions, days apart. I'm all for Search and Save for and thankful for the platform for a million reasons and I have recommended it to many agents. I also thought the warning was important since I did reach out to your team, got the response pasted above, and then it happened again, days later.

So, if you’ve got both "Search" and "Save" tabs open and try to print or save a client's RX list, it sometimes pulls in the wrong name from the other tab? I'll keep an eye on that to avoid any mix-ups.

I reached out to search and save ticket support a couple of weeks ago. I thought they would welcome agents pointing out system bugs.

It’s apparent they don’t.

Search and Save has been a fantastic system due to its accuracy and simplicity. I use it for most rx, PDP and MAPD quoting even though it is very slow (it has gotten better). Sometimes the ticket responses are good and sometimes not. If Scott needs proof of the mislabeled rx lists I have saved one for an example in case they ever want to get to the bottom of it. I was thrilled when S and S added the easy SOA tool, but now the system that they switched to makes the clients initial every talking point on the SOA which I strongly disagree with in practice; it makes me feel like a slimy agent dictating to clients what we will and will not talk about so I do not use it. With all that said, I still believe S and S is one of the most reliable tools.
