I am considering both companies to start out with. Which company would be better to start with? Who has the better training ? Pay? Thank you so much. Just trying to save myself as many headaches as possible. Steve

There are lengthy threads on the subject already. If you want to build a team Securus is probably better. For just the normal producer, I would say EFES. Try to get hooked up with Tim Winders at Securus, or Travis Tubbs at Equita. Both are great and know the business.

That's good advice except for the Travis thing. While it's certainly a good option he is not taking on any agents now. It seems to be permanent but permanent sometimes has a way of changing.
