a 105 plan does not operate on pre-tax basis. a 105 is a reimbursement for premiums. i would use the wording "tax favored" instead

That would be incorrect. It is simply a reimbursement for qualified out-of-pocket medical expenses.

Do not know what classic 105 is, sorry. But 105 allows premiums for various coverages, such as dental, vision, di, etc.

100% real. All bank accounts frozen, office and home were raided for confiscation of all files and computers along with all vehicles seized. You will find no articles because nothing is public. I found out through the gardener whom was told by the FBI to vacate the premises and never return and a friend reached out to a local reporter to confirm through their legal contacts. I'll know if/when any bail is posted or charges officially filed, but could be several months.
