Can a 105 plan pay for voluntary benefits (pre-tax)? Has this passed the smell test with the IRS?
a 105 plan does not operate on pre-tax basis. a 105 is a reimbursement for premiums. i would use the wording "tax favored" instead
That would be incorrect. It is simply a reimbursement for qualified out-of-pocket medical expenses.
Not true, 105 can reimburse premiums and oop medical expenses.
Not the Classic 105 that's being discussed. Please don't mislead folks.
Do not know what classic 105 is, sorry. But 105 allows premiums for various coverages, such as dental, vision, di, etc.
The IRS and FBI raided the TTFG Corporate office (and principle owners home) and seized all property and assets associated with the business and principle owners on January 10th, 2017.
Is this for real? Any articles on this??
