Seeking Individual Policy in CA

I'm looking for individual policy in CA. I have Aetna currently, but they're leaving individual market. I'm healthy, early 40's, non-smoker, don't take any meds. Need advice on carrier most likely to cover me given my med history includes that I took antidepressant Wellbutrin from '07-'10. I also took Celexa about 10 years for probably less than a year. Counseling about twice/month in 2007, and about 4 times total in 2011. No hospitalization ever. No suicidal thoughts ever. I think diagnosis when started Wellbutrin was recurrent major depression. I don't take any medication or counseling currently, and am very well. No other health issues. Can you tell me which carrier is most likely to accept me (I don't want to get rejected)? High deductible okay. At first I thought Anthem, but in looking at their guidelines I see that major depression within 10 years is automatically declined. I'm wondering about CIGNA? I'd be very grateful for any insights.

Major depression is probably a decline with every company. Might need to stick with Aetna for now and then switch to a new policy in January. I would also suggest contacting Dave Fluker.
