Does any company's Homeowner's Policy cover self-defense?

In Ohio you can be sued for any damages done to some one who attacked you...even if they are in your home attacking your children.

Do you mean as in a specific exception to the intentional injury exclusion for bodily injury for the use of reasonable force to protect persons or property?

What if the intruder tries to do a round house kick on you and you pull the trigger in the middle and you shoot him in the back?

Good question, SAI. Solution: Prop up the body of the intruder and pump a shot into the front of the body. Then lay the body face down and when questioned by the police tell them that he/she kept coming at you. You then shoved the intruder and took one more shot as he/she stumbled and turned around because you were afraid he/she was going to come at you again. It would help to plant a deadly weapon in the intruder's hand.

Johnny Cochran died a few years ago. I think lawyers reduce their fee a small percentage when they are dead. Not sure.
