I'm sure there are plenty of State Farm, Allstate, Nationwide, Farmers, etc., etc. etc. that would love a good CSR/producer in your area.

Dont see your PM but from the numbers you are putting up, you should be making no less thank 50K..Talk to the agent and ask for a raise. You have a legitimate reason for asking and your agent knows it. If not, start looking...Like everyone else's post, you are worth more than your current pay! Good luck
