Selling LTC Online: Whats Needed?

Most of the people that I sell over the phone have been looking into LTCi and are better informed.

There is also much less pressure for the prospect. They would prefer to have a phone conversation then have an "insurance guy/gal" sitting in their living room.

The only folks that I have personally sold over the phone reside out of state and are referrals from my policyholders.

I sell 55% of my prospects face-to-face with direct mail marketing and about 85% with referrals over the phone.

Do you use a "screen share" technique to illustrate quotes, etc., with the referrals?
