Depends on your state but MoO, Transamerica, Genworth, Hancock and MedAmerica all have stand alone plans. Lincoln still offers Moneyguard (and Genworth, OneAmerica and PacLife offer similar products). A number of annuities have enhanced riders for LTC as well...
