Rumor has it that Matt Webb was hiding out in a Columbian coffee farm servant's quarters with room-mate Juan Valdez and that darn donkey. Juan couldn't qualify for any type of LTC policy, so Matt just settled for a Medicare Advantage and Final Expense policy...and a cup of coffee from the National Federation of Coffee Growers of Columbia. When Matt heard that SD USA had sent federal officials across the border, he teamed up with Jack Bauer and they are now hunting down the head of a drug cartel that has been trying to purchase deadly chemical warfare components. Matt was last heard to say, "Jack, is that behind those Foster Grants?"
 
The reply that mswebb made is ridiculous. Reason being that in the beginning he had misrepresented Senior Direct USA. They do not represent 10 different companies, nor do you get paid 24 hours after application. This was obviously a misunderstanding. The issue had nothing to do with slandering SDUSA but misrepresentation. They would not want agents to get the wrong idea about how they operate. Mswebb was contacted and promptly told to either take down that post or to change it. SDUSA is upfront about everything in their business and does not want their to be any misunderstanding about the way they operate. When I read mswebb's reply, I was amused because that is not at all what SDUSA intended for him to do. Always be careful in what you say, pay attention and don't tell people things that are not true. If the truth was said there would have never been an issue. Senior Direct USA is a great company to work for, considering I have been here for two years.
 
To whom it may concern... I will address this one time and I will not comment on this matter again.. The phone call I recieved from the owner/president of SDUSA, went to the tune of this, "You need to be careful what post on your insurance message board". "You have one hour to change/alter/delete the post that you made about my company or you will be served with a lawsuit for slander immediately". So I played along.. End of discussion..

Unless that phone call was recorded or on loud speaker, only two people know what was said on that phone call...
