No follow doesn't matter at all.
It is only a marker to tell the search engine robot that the site does not continue after the link, not that the link doesn't exist.

I use the Follow-No-Follow plugin from Firefox. It highlights in blue follow-links. No-follow are pink.

OK. But don't you see signatures in posts as "follow."?

do follow is default, so there isnt a code to make it "do follow"....you input code to make a link "no follow"
