September To Remember

In a good way of course.

This idea is compliments of DayTimer and I figured it would be fun to post some of the work activities you are doing to make this the most productive month/to maintain momentum going into 4th quarter and to give each other encouragement

Me
  • I overcame (mostly) my fear of door knocking - and door knock if leads no show on appointments or if my day doesn't have that many appointments.
  • Yesterday I got to about 10 doors. I plan to knock 20 today.
  • I had to take a slight break and came back home after my trip to Starbucks gave me diarrhea. I'm hydrating, doing some abundance meditations, and reviewing door knocking tips before going back out to get to 20 doors by 5pm
What are you doing to make this a positive experience for September?

This is Great! You go man!

I had to take a slight break and came back home after my trip to Starbucks gave me diarrhea.

...and this... this is just TMI! :twitchy:

I suggest DD for coffee... no diarrhea there. Probably wasn't the coffee anyway... it was the nerves.;)

Sorry for the above... don't wan to derail the initial post.

Will think and add additional positive comments later. :)

^lol!! No. I'm sure having a high appointment setting ratio, delivering a persuasive presentation, and having high closing ratio is based on a number of variables (not just meditation and having the proper mindset that's just one facet)

Yesterday I knocked on 8 doors.

3 people answered. And one of those what the woman's son (she was still at work) so I'll just go back by next week. The second was the woman's partner but she wasn't home. The third was an old guy who gave hella objections (I'm too old, it costs too much, I'm just about to leave to visit my son in hospital, etc).

Hopefully Monday goes better. I'm debating door knocking or making calls this afternoon

Lol! Happens to the best of us I guess. It is kind of frustrating when elements beyond my control prevent me from working

And no it wasn't the coffee. It was the sprouted grain bagel with butter. Don't order that!

How they ***ed up a bagel like that is beyond me.

I should have checked their health department ratings before ordering.
