Netquote. Bad. Then good. Then great. Then very bad. Then good. Now they are at it again.

I called them out in the summer for their excess affiliate use. Instead of the usual 3-5 leads per day, I received 17 leads one day...most of them were affiliates. They swore they were actively working on it.

Last month I picked them up again for about 1 1/2 leads per day. Pretty good results. This weekend, out of the blue, the volume tripled AND EVERY PROSPECT WAS INSURED WITH HUMANA WITH THE SAME RENEWAL DATE (that had insurance). It looks like they have a bad affiliate on their hands again.

I can't wait until I retire. If the Latin American Markets keep it up, it will be pretty soon.

I had a lot of respect for Philly's defense before the game. And now...even more. Interesting decision by Westbrook to take a knee at the one. As long as you don't fumble the QB snaps...pretty good idea.


By the way...regarding NetQuote...last lead was a couple in their late 50's facing a Cobra premium of $1100 per month. I can get them about $625.

Maybe I should just shut up about leads. I know they all can't be like this one, but then again...wouldn't it be nice?

I have been a P & C agent for 13 years, and I will say that I tip my hat to anyone that is good enough or works hard enough on these internet leads to make a living. Unless I went big in this business like TX, I think I would rather invest $10 buying a local business owner a cup of coffee. But, different strokes for different folks. How come no one is talking about how strong the Lions are?
