Shared Internet Leads Vs T65 Lists

Hey guys, thanks for the responses! I have six cases so far that I got here in early January that are still in underwriting. All were achieved by calling.

These past two weeks have been pretty brutal cold calling though, nada, nothing! Don't know if it's the time of year or what, just keep my head down and press forward. But dang! I need one soon for my sanity, lol!!

I think I like the possibility of mixing in a internet lead or two but have very little experience or funds to try this exercise right now. Appreciate all yall's contributions!

You dialing by hand or with a predictive? That could make a big difference too.

I'm sure you can get them for that or less, odds are at $7 a pop they're old and/or very shared.

If I were going to start buying leads again I would only want to purchase those that were at least six or twelve months "old". However, they would have to be from people older than age 65 and not on Medicaid. They would also have to be a whole lot less than $7 a piece.

I have all the confidence in the world that the majority of them were not worked properly. I have worked with a lot of agents and I have a pretty good idea of the approach they use on the initial phone call.

When I was captive direct mail leads were sold by the company for $25 each. I purchased a few until I discovered that I could get all I wanted for free that had been given to other agents and returned because the people "weren't interested". They proved to be like little pieces of gold for me.

A good lead company should offer to "buy back" for say $.50 all of the "leads" that were not sold by the agent and resell them for $1 as "Not Interested" "leads". Even at that I would have to give it serious consideration considering everyone I talk to is interested in saving money over what they are currently paying.

Maybe agents should put their "not interested" leads on here for sale. Sam might start a lead exchange forum.
