I watched it this morning, a couple things that caught my attention was when Jon asked if the penalty for the employer is more than the cost of covering the employee on the exchange........long pause....then a bullshit answer, Jon's face expresses that he just found the big problem, and he just put her in a bad position to respond. We all know the penalty will be the way to go as employers will "dump" employees onto the exchange.
Another part of the interview spoke about the cost people will pay on the exchange, instead of stating "it will depend on each person's situation", she gave some shebullshets typical answer.
