I would assume you have two or three carriers that you write most business with. If you do not already, make sure you know what the carriers will do with each case, that should make it easier. Then just explain, "Carrier A will decline you, so they are not an option, Carrier B will rate you up, and Carrier C will just rider the pre-existing condition."
Then give them your professional opinion as what to do...that is what they are looking for....your help.
If you are new, or not sure of what the carriers will do, then make sure your GA gets you the proper training.
