Does anyone know of any short term plan that would pay a monthly income for between 2 years and 3 years? Is there a SPIA out there that would accomplish this? Or a very liquid short term product?

Money market...not trying to be flip but most SPIAs are 5yrs+. There are not many products built for what you are looking to do...especially in today's rate environment.

Presidential used to have a 3 year not sure if they do any more. I think they got bought out by another carrier. Client basically get there money back in 3 years with maybe enough interest earned over 3 year period to buy a tank of gas.
Better of in money market or something in liquid position at the bank.

Our goal isn't really an interest gain. It's more geared toward a regulated monthly income stream over 28 months. Auto withdrawals through the bank sounds like the best option.

Yeah, I think best bet is auto withdrawals through bank.
