Not sure if you meant you are only person and you are doing everything...that is called a job, not a business.

Buy it, build it bigger, hire some people and duplicate yourself, and make it scalable...that's a business.

Depending on your experience and confidence, I would always keep a plan B in place if things aren't working as expected. However, this looks like to be an interesting challenge to build up an agency with you in the driver seat. Is your money your sole motivator? Or is it something else?

This would be a three generation agency if I were to join. Money is always a motivator but I believe that keeping the agency going and potentially growing it is a larger motivator.
