Sinkhole Vs. Catastrophic Ground Collapse

Florida has a big problem with sinkholes, and it seems the majority of carriers here do not cover sinkholes but rather "catastrophic ground collapse". I would imagine that quoting carriers that have sinkhole coverage would be a pretty big advantage in the eyes of many clients. Anyone know which carriers are competitive with sinkhole?

First of all, what is the difference between a sinkhole and a catastrophic ground collapse?

Florida law defines "catastrophic ground cover collapse" as geological activity that results in all the following:

The abrupt collapse of the ground cover;
A depression in the ground cover clearly visible to the naked eye;
Structural damage to the building, including the foundation; and
The insured structure being condemned and ordered to be vacated by the governmental agency authorized by law to issue such an order for that structure.

Catastrophic Ground Collapse covers the home if it's deemed uninhabitable due to a sinkhole loss. Optional covers settling cracks in stucco, driveway, etc.
