Thanks....there are communities all over AZ like that. You can engineer the mailing to just go to seniors in those communities for a variety of things...FE and annuities especially.

As I'm new, I'm trying a bunch of different things like NetQuotes, Every Door DM and sending to franchise businesses for Buy Sell...

Still trying to find my niche...I appreciate the feedback.
