We're at about $6.8 trillion in spending which is nearly $2 trillion more than we bring in in tax revenue. In 2015, we were spending about $4.9 trillion which was still more than we were bringing in. It's not sustainable. We need cuts everywhere. Like it or not, that is what Trump is trying to do.

However his intended tax cuts are going to result in a larger deficit even with his cuts. If he is serious about reducing the deficit he needs to not cut taxes.

Why not take those savings and reduce the deficit? He hates the irs and is chopping manpower big . Most Medicare agents love Trump as they think he loves mapd and that's good for them . Doge's taking and ax to everything and the Medicare agent thinks they won't touch agent commissions . The agent making $25 k a yr renewals taking to 10% of his book is yr is more needed than the irs agent ? Those mapd commissions are funded by huge govt funding given to carriers . Whether cms is instructed to cut commissions or doge squeezes carriers financially that carriers cut them it's coming . Everyone associated with the govt for revenue in any form will be effected
