I went hunting to see if I could document what I said.Correct. I've been doing this for years and never had calls on this, especially not to the magnitude of calls.
It's telling them how much will be deducted our of SSA for 2025, showing the wrong amounts (prior year's plan). SSA is telling clients it can take up to 3 months for this to reflect and pay accurately.
At this point I have received 30 phone calls on this and each one of them were submitted prior to 11/15.
As indicated in the post. This individual changed their plan in early November. They received a letter in early January still showing the wrong data.
Something seems off.

I confirmed that she is in fact enrolled in the wellcare plan. Anyone else something like this happen?
I assume it will autocorrect eventually?
