Turn them in for soliciting without a permit

Which is a different crime than solicitation.

Not that I would know anything about that.

No Soliciting signs mean they can't say no to a DK. They have no force of law and only discourage weak salespeople. I have never once been chastised for ignoring such a sign and I have closed some whales on DKs.
