This is ALL true in my experience. I go by the " 3 strikes rule"....I give them 3 tries and then move on. But I don't hang on in the meantime hoping that they will come thru.
Also, its funny that the people that come looking for me (other than referrals) wanting quotes and information usually aren't good business. You try to qualify them but they are always vague.
Just look at it as a learning experience. These kind of people are always out there. .
