Son is Buying Me a Policy for My Birthday

I sold this lady a policy she wanted to pay annually, $600, sale she scheduled it for bank draft.

She calls me 2 days before draft, if she can still cancel, I asked her why, she says she showed her son the policy, he said, mom why do you need this policy, I am giving you an insurance policy for your birthday, it was supposed to be a surprise .

I told her, of course she can cancel, she should mail me letter, its also going to be an issue, since company will draft anyway, they said it was sent to payment already, & its going to NSF, she told me, she dosent have money in bank now.

How do I save this sale

You can't save it if there is no sale. I call bull$hite on the woman's story.

Yeah I got a similar one for my only chargeback so far. Lady said she talked to her kids and they already had a policy on her. They're just trying to cancel without hurting your feelings.
