Standard Market in CA. for Vacant Land?

Is there any carriers (standard market) in California that offer a CGL policy for vacant land? I found a surplus carrier, but am about $300 higher than State Farm. Can anybody point me in the right direction?

I think Travelers should be able to do this one.

Travelers will do if they haveother buildings. However, USLI will do it and generally cost $850

Why would you want to insure vacant land? Are the weeds out to get someone? Afraid of sinkholes?
