You choose a business name and register with the DOI as a dba/trade name and with the state.
From there you can still be paid and file your taxes as an individual (or a corp) but to decide if you should be paid directly or as a corporation you need to go into more detail with your CPA, that is not something a forum can answer.
Writing apps and building your base of prospects is far more important then your name.
Don't get stuck on developing the perfect name vs actually picking up the phone to decide if this is really what you want to do.
