I'm not sure how many folks are savvy/interested enough to put statcounter on their website but only want to use iWeb, but does anyone know how to get statcounter to work better with it? My problem is that it will let me put in the code, but it wont get the coming to or referring from info because of the way it writes the code. Any suggestions? Other statcounter type services?

There's no better analytics solution than Google Analytics.

You may get overwhelmed at first, but it's incredibly useful and best of all, it's free.

I concur on Google Anaylitics it's an invaluable tool to understand where your traffic is coming from, and which sources are converting into customers. You can also integrate it with Adwords as well to track lead costs and conversions.

The only problem I have with google analytics is that I don't think I can use it with iWeb.

If you are hosting your website files on your server you can surely use Google Analytics.

But if, you're using a hosted version of the site, then it may be no possible to have it, because it depends if the host allows it.
